You can expect to see a ballot in your mailbox starting [DATE]. When you get your ballot, all you need to do is follow the instructions on the ballot to vote YES for our union, SEIU Virginia 512, and mail the ballot back to the address on the envelope. It only takes a few minutes and postage is included!

I haven’t received my ballot. Can I get a new one?

Yes! If you do not receive your ballot by [DATE], call [CONTACT] at [NUMBER] or email [CONTACT EMAIL] and we will work with you to make sure that you get a ballot.

When is the last day I can vote?

Once we have the dates: Ballots must be received in [PLACE] no later than [DATE] so you should mail it no later than [DATE] to ensure that your vote is counted.
