On May 20, SEIU Virginia 512 members -- child educators, home care providers, mental health workers, nurses, and more -- came together for our union's first AAPI Heritage Month Celebration.

Over delicious food, we shared our stories from across the AAPI community and spoke about what we need in our community and on the job to be able to thrive. We celebrated with love and joy, and also addressed how we combat the rise in anti-Asian hate.
